To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, the Owner and/or Manager of the rental property hereby fully and expressly disclaims all liability and shall not be liable to any party for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or expense arising out of or related to the guest’s use or occupancy of the premises, including but not limited to injuries or damages resulting from slips, falls, acts of God, theft, weather conditions, or the use of any structures, amenities, or equipment on the property. By booking this property, Guest affirms they have read and accepted these terms, acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their stay, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and/or Manager from any and all claims, actions, or liabilities arising from the Guest’s actions or those of any invitees, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Owner or Manager.
